A Taste of the Highlands — Where Nature Meets the Table
Tucked within the heart of Mayileni Wilderness, our upcoming restaurant will celebrate the beauty, freshness, and flavor of the Highlands Meander. More than just a dining space, it will be an experience — where every meal tells the story of the land that nourishes it.
Set against the backdrop of rolling hills, open trails, and the Langspruit River, guests will enjoy locally inspired cuisine crafted from farm-fresh ingredients, seasonal produce, and flavors unique to the region. Whether it’s a relaxed breakfast overlooking the valley, a hearty post-hike meal, or an evening dinner by the fire, this will be a space for connection, reflection, and discovery.
Our vision is to create a restaurant that feels rooted in nature yet refined in taste — blending authentic farm-to-table dining with the serene atmosphere that defines Mayileni Wilderness.
